I’m 5’6” and a UK10 and am wearing the S/UK10-12. They’re a relaxed stretchy fit on me. 

Naomi is 5’7” and UK12-14 in trousers and wearing the M/UK12-14

They are true to size, if anything a little generous. You might want to size down if you’re between sizes.

We are finding that, because the waist is so elasticated and are a relaxed fit, they can go up sizes easily. So a petite lady who is a UK14 on the waist found the S/Uk10-12 worked perfectly for her as an example. And I can easily wear the XS/UK8-10 for a more fitted look.
